
This new position will be responsible for driving revenue growth for sales by managing and developing the Conference and Convention Division Sales team. This team sells booth space and sponsorships to corporate technology companies for events produced for the US Federal Government and the Department of Defense. NCSI is a rapidly growing company and the Conference and Convention Division is where NCSI will experience the greatest growth. One of the goals for the Director of Sales will be increase vendor booth sales and sponsorship sales by over 30% in 2010. This will be accomplished by growing existing conferences and successfully launching new conferences. The Director will manage all sales operations to include; sales activity, reporting, commission calculations, and employee performance management. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. The ideal candidate must also have a successful track record of carrying a personal sales quota and being responsible for leading a sales team to achieve their quotas.
