The Africa Endeavor has grown from an annual command exercise into an information sharing and communications summit which now includes participation from industry exhibitors. Attendees at this event are able to meet face to face with vendor solutions providers and discuss firsthand the challenges they face, and opportunities to building future relationships. This is the only forum of its kind to offer direct access to work with leaders from 44 African Countries as well as other partners, components, and organizations.
150+ attendees with representations from over 44 African Countries, International Organizations (AU, EU, UN, NATO), 3 DoD agencies, 7 AFRICOM Components, and 5 International Interagency Partners (HLS, FBI, Border Control, DEA, Coast Guard).
Exhibitors will display their products and services and offer demonstrations throughout the conference, with specific displays available on August 22-24, 2017. Exhibitors will get the chance to introduce their solutions to attendees, as well as network with the participants throughout week, and should be prepared to address how they can meet current capability gaps. The African partner nations are looking to be educated on your solutions. Brush up on the current environment on the continent, understand their processes/problems, and explain how your solution meets those needs.
Your exhibit is just one aspect of your overall experience. The agenda allows for exhibitors to fully contribute to the conversation as attendees as well as potential presenters. If topics are being discussed where you could share your particular expertise we would like to invite you to participate in an extended capacity.
Further, exhibitors are encouraged to participate in all networking and social activities to increase the amount of time you are able to network and share with the other summit attendees. While English is the main language in Malawi, some presentations may not be in English. Limited translation services will be provided, and translators will be available to accompany attendees during exhibit and networking breaks.
