CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 30 April 2008 after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

SUBSTITUTIONS: To submit a substitution for your registration, fax a completed Substitution Form to 301-596-6274, ATTN: Brianna Zietz by 14 May 2008. Substitutions made after 14 May 2008 should be processed onsite at the Attendee Registration area.

PAYMENT: Government/Military registrants will be issued a badge upon NCSI's receipt of 1) Payment, or 2) Valid government issued training form/purchase order. Fax the form to 301-596-6274 or email to events@ncsi.com. All other registrants must pay in advance in order to receive a badge. Commercial purchase orders do no constitute payment; any remaining unpaid balance will be collected on-site prior to distribution of a badge.
