IAEE Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations

All exhibitors are subject to following the IAEE Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations. Guidelines will be enforced on-site. Please download and read the IAEE Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations.

Hanging signs are permitted for island booths only. The maximum height for both display and hanging signage must not exceed 20'. For all other booths, signage cannot exceed 8' and must be floor-anchored. Signage higher than 5' is not permitted in the front 5' of your booth.

Helium-filled balloons and/or blimps are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.


Included in Booth Package

Items included in the NCSI booth exhibit fee are: standard booth equipment consisting of pipe and drape — 8' tall back drape, 36" high side dividers and a 7"x 44” identification sign. All booths will be 10' deep and 10' wide (10x10, 20x20, or 10x40 depending on your contract). No furniture, carpet, A/V, electricity, or internet connections are supplied with your exhibit space charge.

The Exhibit Halls are NOT carpeted.

All other items will need to be arranged through Freeman, the official decorator and drayage contractor.

Freeman will have a service desk in the Exhibit Hall during installation, exhibit hours and dismantling.

Please note that US, UK, AUS, CAN, NZ citizenship is required to attend the conference and exhibit as booth personnel.

All additional representative badge fees will be charged beginning Monday, July 31, 2017. Final deadline for badge submission is Friday, July 28, 2017.

Exhibitor badges only grant access to the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference Exhibit Hall. They do not grant access to any of the conference sessions. Full conference attendees will have access to the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference Exhibit Hall and will not need an exhibitor badge.
