Industry/On-Site Contractor Attendee Registration

Registration is open to citizens from the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are not a citizen of one of these countries, you will not be permitted to attend the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference.

2. Register by Fax

Download the registration form. Then, fax the completed form to NCSI at 443-561-2419.

3. Register by Mail

Mail the completed registration form with payment to:

Conference Registration Fees

Please note: Credit cards will not be charged until 31 July 2017.

Early Bird Pricing (Through 30 June 2017)

Industry/On-Site Contractor: $699.00 — Full Registration

Standard Pricing (Effective 1 July 2017)

Industry/On-Site Contractor: $749.00 — Full Registration

*If you are a non-U.S. member of the Five Eyes, your registration will need to be approved in order to be validated. You will receive an email within 5 business days with your registration status.

The registration fee will cover the cost of attending the conference sessions, networking events, professional conference planning services including hotel facility and staff support, registration services and event advertising. The fee will also include access to the exhibit hall.


Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 19 July 2017, after which you will be held 100% liable for the amount due. All registrations after 19 July 2017 are final. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. To cancel your registration, email Rachel Miller at miller@ncsi.com or fax 443-561-2419. You may also send someone in your place if you are unable to attend. Please see below for substitution information.


Substitutions

All substitutions must be received no later than 21 July 2017. Please fill out the correct substitution form and fax it to Rachel Miller at 443-561-2419. Substitutions made after this date will be processed on-site.


Payment

All registrants are required to provide a check or a credit card at the time of registration. Registrants must pay in advance or on-site to receive a badge. Receipts will be emailed after the conference.
