All cancellations must be received in writing (via email is acceptable) no later than 8 July 2009 after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. To cancel your registration, email griffith@ncsi.com or fax 443-561-2453. You may also send someone in your place if you are unable to attend. Please see the substitution tab.
