DISA
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) provides real time IT and communications support to the President, Vice President, Secretary of Defense, the military services, and the combatant commands. DISA’s goal is to ensure that the warfighters can plug into the network and access and share the information that they need, anytime, anywhere. EPG
The Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) is the Army's Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) developmental tester. The EPG mission is to plan, conduct, and analyze the results of technical tests for C4ISR systems, signal intelligence, and electronic combat (EC) electronic warfare (EW) equipment. In addition to conducting the developmental tests, EPG supports the Army's operational test community in the conduct of operational tests, user tests, and experiments. The C4ISR and network test expertise allows EPG to support customers in the joint and training communities as well. IEWTD
The Intelligence Electronic Warfare Test Directorate (IEWTD) contributes to Army, Joint Service, and National Agency success on present and future battlefields by conducting realistic, objective and independent operational tests, and experiments on intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, electronic warfare, counter-improvised explosive device, and biometric systems, equipment, and doctrine using state-of-the-art technology. ISEC
The United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) provides system engineering, installation, integration, implementation, and evaluation support for communications and information technology systems worldwide, providing capabilities to Army organizations, combatant commanders, DoD agencies, and federal agencies in support of the warfighter. The mission includes the design, engineering, development, sustainment, testing, and acceptance of information systems. ISEC provides matrix support to the Program Executive Officer and Program Manager structure for systems engineering and integration of assigned information systems. www.hqisec.army.mil

JITC
DISA’s Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) supports the warfighter in their efforts to manage information on and off the battlefield. JITC provides a full-range of agile and cost-effective test, evaluation, and certification services to support rapid acquisition and fielding of global net-centric warfighting capabilities. JITC is a world-class test and evaluation organization that advances global net-centric testing in support of the warfighting capabilities of enhancing combat effectiveness and supporting investment decisions in Warfighting, National Intelligence, and Business Mission areas. The three distinct missions JITC has are: Provide DoD with Joint Information/National Security Systems (IT/NSS) interoperability testing, certification and analysis; Provide Joint IT/NSS Operational Test and Evaluation capabilities to DISA and other DoD programs; and Provide Joint IT/NSS Interoperability technical and operational support to Combatant Commands. jitc.fhu.disa.mil

NETCOM
As the Army's single Information Technology Provider, 9th Signal Command
(Army), (NETCOM) operates and defends the Army's Network Enterprise. Through its support of this global network, 9th Signal Command (Army) provides all operating and generating forces freedom of access and information superiority in all phases of Joint, Interagency, and Multinational operations. A Direct Report Unit under the Army's Chief Information Officer/G-6 (CIO/G-6), the command's 17,000 Soldiers, Civilians, and Contractors are responsible for LandWarNet, the Army's portion of the Global Information Network (GIG).
