On 15 – 17 December in Tucson, AZ, The United States Army Intelligence Center and Fort Huachuca proudly presented the 2008 Intelligence Warfighting Summit. The theme of this year’s summit was “The Army Intelligence Enterprise and Emerging Technologies in an Age of Uncertainty”. The summit gathered nearly 900 attendees, including leaders from Army Intelligence, industry, government agencies and the Joint community to discuss the evolution of the Army Intelligence Enterprise and its impact on the way we combat current and emerging threats.
Attendees were given the opportunity to examine information technology in the context of various intelligence disciplines. Keynote speakers brought their insights to the summit as a whole, while breakout panel discussions featured experts with a broad range of experience and expertise, giving summit attendees a forum for discussion. Attendees were exposed to an array of opportunities in the Exhibit Hall featuring more than 60 companies coming together to share their products, services, and capabilities with leaders while discussing the development of the Army Intelligence Enterprise and its impact on the way they battle current and rising threats. In the spirit of the season, the summit would not have been complete without the All-Hands Networking Holiday Fiesta sponsored by Raytheon and General Dynamics, giving all the participants the opportunity to enjoy live music and socialize in a more casual setting. Thank you for your participation and we look forward to seeing you again next year in AZ! |
