CSC has partnerships with many small companies that are providing key technology/capabilities to our mutual client--NSA. CSC’s core competency is system engineering and has direct experience supporting analytics, presentation mission service bus, and repositories. We are very interested in meeting with companies that either have capabilities that have been tested within the NSA or technology that has near-term potential within that client space. Companies with TS/SCI staff and local presence are also of special interest.
Data Computer Corporation of America (DCCA)
Data Computer Corporation of America (DCCA) is a NSETS II Prime contractor that has been in business for 27 years and has been supporting NSA for over 12 years. As a NSETS II Prime, DCCA is interested in meeting with small companies with capabilities in software engineering, database engineering, cyber security, information assurance, network engineering, and systems engineering. DCCA is also open to partnering with companies that have unique commercial off-the-shelf software, products, or tools that can provide value to NSA.

Eagle Alliance employs over 1,200 cleared IT-skilled personnel to support 24x7 Groundbreaker service management and technology/architecture activities. Service portfolios include a variety of Distributed Computing, Enterprise Management, Networks, Telephony and Information Security services. Eagle Alliance is looking to identify and implement IT-based tools to improve the IT services within the overall Groundbreaker contract services portfolio and the overall Groundbreaker business value.

Special emphasis on Software expertise as related to Configuration Management/Software provisioning as related to the product Tivoli and others in the present market place.
