How to use the BWI Marriott Shuttle Service

Hours of Operation: 4:00AM – 1:00AM
Every 20 Minutes on the Hour

• When entering the baggage claim area, there are several kiosks containing hotel information and a courtesy phone.
• Locate the BWI Airport Marriott and dial that Number 12. This will connect you directly with our PBX Operator.
• Please make the operator aware of your location.
• Example: baggage claim 8
  • After placing your call, please step outside to the second curb and await the Shuttle.
  • Please remain near the baggage claim that you told the operator.
