All cancellations must be received in writing (via email is acceptable) no later than 18 August 2009 after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. To cancel your registration, email combs@ncsi.com or fax 443-561- 2459. You may also send someone in your place if you are unable to attend. Please see the substitution tab for the substitution form.
