Why Exhibit
The CDAO is responsible for ensuring engagement with DoD personnel, defense and private industry, research universities, and unaffiliated, non-profit research institutions in order to advance data analytics and artificial intelligence adoption. In support of this, the CDAO is offering industry, government, and academia partners the opportunity to set up demonstrations during the Advantage DoD 2024: Defense Data & AI Symposium. This event will facilitate key stakeholders’ understanding of DoD’s way forward and future needs in order to accelerate the adoption and integration of AI within the DoD.
The Advantage DoD 2024: Defense Data & AI Symposium Exhibit Hall will be located at the Washington Hilton. The exhibit tables will be co-located with the general session and breakout sessions throughout the main foyers and pre-function spaces. Exhibitors will have an opportunity to demonstrate their products and services relevant to the Symposium theme and objectives. Over 1,000 participants are expected to take part in the Symposium, and time will be built into their schedules to view and evaluate new companies, technologies, and services offered by the exhibitors.

The exhibit area has reached capacity. We are actively looking into additional space or options for industry partners to join as exhibitors. If you would like to be added to the wait list please register as an exhibitor. As an alternative option, many sponsorships are still available and will give you the opportunity to showcase your brand.
Exhibitor Portal
Once your exhibit space contract has been accepted, you will have access to the Exhibitor Portal. The Exhibitor Portal allows you to update company and event specific information in one singular place. You will be able to update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide. This should be available within the next few weeks. You will also find details about your order number and floorplan selection to assist with registering booth representatives (once this is available) in the portal.
Networking Events
Networking events will be organized throughout the week. If you would like to showcase your company brand and host one of the evening networking socials, please contact conferencesales@ncsi.com. Customized sponsorships are also available to meet a variety of branding, outreach, and marketing objectives.
