Why Exhibit?
The DoD Cybersecurity & SAP IT Summit Exhibit Hall will be located at the Charleston Area Convention Center. Exhibitors will have an opportunity to demonstrate their products and services relevant to the summit theme and objectives. Over 2,000 participants are expected to take part in the summit, and time will be built into their schedules to view and evaluate new companies, technologies, and services offered by the exhibitors. All exhibitors must submit an application prior to being offered an exhibit space during the summit.

Exhibitor Application
All companies must be vetted and pre-qualified before their exhibitor application will be accepted and executed. Exhibitors will be notified of their status when approval from the Security Team has been granted. To be considered for participation, please complete this application contract. Payment will not be processed until after your company is approved.
$3,500 per 10×10 Exhibit Booth
Package Includes:
- One 10×10 exhibit booth space
- If you need additional exhibit space, you can purchase more than one booth unit to combine for a larger exhibit area
- Pipe and Drape
- Four (4) Exhibitor Representative Passes
- The following marketing benefits:

- Inclusion in printed exhibitor directory
- Inclusion in online exhibitor directory with enhanced marketing material upload capabilities
Electricity, booth furniture (tables & chairs,) internet, and booth flooring can be ordered separately through The Expo Group after registration. More details will be provided as available on the Exhibitor Resources Page.
Summit Attendance
Attending the Summit sessions requires a separate attendee registration. Your Exhibitor Badge will not get you into the Summit sessions. If you would like to participate in the Summit sessions, please register for an attendee badge.
Networking Events
Networking events will be organized throughout the week. If you would like to showcase your company brand and host one of the evening networking socials, please contact conferencesales@ncsi.com. Customized sponsorships are also available to meet a variety of branding, outreach, and marketing objectives.
