Registration is open to citizens from the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are a non-US member of the Five Eyes, your registration will need to be approved in order to be validated.
All sessions taking place on Thursday, February 13th will be US ONLY. Non-US Citizens will not be able to participate in the sessions on Thursday.
All classified sessions will also be restricted to US Citizens only.
In order to participate in the classified sessions at NIWC Atlantic, SECRET clearance is required.
Classified Breakout Sessions
The classified breakout sessions at NIWC Atlantic have reached capacity. If you have previously registered for the sessions, you must complete the second step of registration which includes filling out additional PII to gain access to JB Charleston and passing your clearance.
The Summit is still open for registration, and all unclassified sessions at the Charleston Area Convention Center are included with your registration. The Thursday general session will feature SAP topics briefed in an unclassified setting.
For the classified sessions, attendance is restricted to US Citizens only, secret clearance required, and you must already be registered to attend the Summit to participate in the classified sessions.
Attendees will be broken up into three groups to allow maximum participation and to satisfy security and space constraints. Classified sessions will take place at the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic which is located on Joint Base Charleston. You may only attend the classified breakout sessions on the day that you have registered for. The sessions will be repeated daily, but due to capacity restraints, we will not be able to accommodate requests to switch days.
Please note that there will be simultaneous SAP related agenda content occurring at both the classified and unclassified levels on Thursday when making your selection. If you are unable to make your assigned day, or if the classified sessions have reached capacity, you can still attend the unclassified sessions at the Convention Center. Your badge will only be available on the day you selected during registration. Please do not try to switch days, you will be denied access.
