The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is eager to welcome participants to the 2021 Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) Worldwide Conference in Phoenix, Arizona!
Join experts and innovators from across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, industry, and academia from December 5 – 8, 2021, to share unique insights on this year’s conference theme: Foresight 20/20: Building a New Digital Ecosystem. This year’s theme emphasizes the urgent race to discover and adopt innovative solutions to maintain a competitive strategic advantage over our adversaries. The disruptive nature of technological advancements necessitates expanded collaboration and partnerships.
For nearly 20 years, the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference has served as the premier information technology conference to hear from distinguished speakers, collaborate with trusted partners, and experience ground-breaking technical solutions to support the warfighter. The conference is an immersive in-person event designed to bring together leading subject matter experts, decision makers, and stakeholders to collaborate and partner.
Conference participants will have exciting opportunities to share their experiences, network with government and industry leaders, and access the latest cutting-edge solutions from hundreds of onsite vendors. Each day includes a variety of keynote speeches from senior-level decision makers, an extensive selection of breakout sessions to engage with experts in smaller formats, and specialized presentations at the DIA booth. Between sessions, participants will have the opportunity to engage vendors in the exhibit hall and attend technical demonstrations and Lunch & Learn sessions.
The Phoenix Convention Center is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Phoenix – just four miles from Sky Harbor International Airport. The convention center is within walking distance of several hotels, restaurants, and amenities.

Conference organizers are working diligently to keep attendees safe – your well-being is our top priority. There have been important updates to the Health and Safety Plan. All attendees are now required to be fully vaccinated in order to attend this event. No unvaccinated individuals will be allowed to attend the conference, even with proof of a negative COVID-19 test. All attendees will be required to show a completed copy of the DD 3150 “Certification of Vaccination” at check-in in Phoenix in order to participate and receive their conference badge and materials.
